Wambasther Ronaldinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Trevisan having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Gabriel Martinelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Trevisan. Cambridge Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Martinelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2.
