With his leg Romeu Borges managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when AnÐaRaHy's Henrique Almeida fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 64th minute, Dênis Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Almeida received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romeu Borges came out and tried to block the shot, but Henrique Almeida slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 68th minute. AnÐaRaHy made a substitution. Diguinho Gaúcho replaced Maurício Bittencourt. Bruno Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natanael Souza in the 77th minute of the match. If Henrique Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrique Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Romeu Borges made a huge save. Barra EC's Romeu Borges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Barra EC from getting a goal against them. Romeu Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Gaúcho in the 96th minute of play. The AnÐaRaHy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AnÐaRaHy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
