Sandrinho Hoffmann really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Naldo Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cachorrada's Nicolas Prata got control of the ball when Sandrinho Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjamim Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Tavio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. A collision led to Cachorrada getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guga Matorin hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Chicão Amorim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Prata showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominic Ramjohn made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hafiz Nusri got free with Benjamim Dante in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cachorrada's attentive Fernandinho Viana managed to snatch the ball when Chicão Amorim made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Tavio got free with Benjamim Dante in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cachorrada's Nicolas Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Meira in the 59th minute of play. Benjamim Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Tavio in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cachorrada defense, Túlio Maravilha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Prata. The Cachorrada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Prata should have stopped the shot. Nicolas Prata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu Meira went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute Dudu Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Túlio Maravilha put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolas Prata. Estrela Solitária's Guilherme Peixoto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guga Matorin in the 92 minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Estrela Solitária had won after a very even match.
