The Clube Atlético Paulista fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With an all-out effort, Saiko FC's Aden Couzens threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 姚旭杰, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Ödman in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Ödman came free, but Zé Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Pena in the 37th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Paranaense in the 43rd minute of the match. Clube Atlético Paulista's Aden Couzens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 姚旭杰 in the 45th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Eliseu Fonseca could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Aden Couzens however easily saved by the left post. The Saiko FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube Atlético Paulista were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rickard Ödman to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Paranaense got free with Zé Sabóia in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd minute, Dadá Vander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateus Catarinense during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Fábio Torres got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 82nd minute, Eliseu Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aden Couzens was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
