But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clayton Pedron couldn't finish the play. The shot was a little too simple and Diguinho Carioca could save by the left post. 94 minutes into the match, C o n f i a n ç a - SE's goal looked a bit too open when Önder Aksakal came free, but Diguinho Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Birmingham Railers FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
