In the 26th minute Wellington Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo da Silva in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austra 04 VFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juarês Figueiredo was slow to take the kick. During this time C.R. FLANALDO's players had a chance to rest. Dadá de Lima was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wellington Pires sped through C.R. FLANALDO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Narciso Mota. Beila Mora scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narciso Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Narciso Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Pires in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Edmundo da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Pires was the one to do the kick off. FLANALDO's attentive Tiago Porto managed to snatch the ball when Radu Tremurici made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Yaroslav Lyubar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Narciso Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beila Mora was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute.
