The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Santos got free with Jânio Paraíba in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 3rd minute of the match, Peter Santos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jânio Paraíba was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 5 minutes into the match, Peter Santos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Jânio Paraíba. Jânio Paraíba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Márcio de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mairo Tomat in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO booed when Samurai Champions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Bidun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jânio Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Santos in the 12th minute of the match. Peter Santos made a great header on Samurai Champions FC's corner, it was just that FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Jânio Paraíba managed to reach the ball for a save. Samurai Champions FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Peter Santos in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Samurai Champions FC's corner Peter Santos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jânio Paraíba quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Jânio Paraíba got control of the ball when Peter Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute, Peter Santos made a precise shot to the right of Jânio Paraíba. FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's goalkeeper Jânio Paraíba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Peter Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Mairo Tomat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Márcio de Brito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Eduardo Batista struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jânio Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai Champions FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mairo Tomat in the 46th minute of play forced Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Márcio de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the game, Amílton Cordeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jânio Paraíba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peter Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio Paraíba having to make a save. Jânio Paraíba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Santos went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Samurai Champions FC made a substitution. Cido Recife replaced Peter Santos. Samurai Champions FC's Alfredo Di Cintio was substituted for Amílton Cordeiro. Márcio de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mairo Tomat in the 63rd minute of play. Alfredo Di Cintio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jânio Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's zone, Cido Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jânio Paraíba came out of the goal and Cido Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, Samurai Champions FC's Cido Recife sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jânio Paraíba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luís Eduardo Batista was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai Champions FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's goalie and right to Abdullah Ercan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With an all-out effort, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Márcio de Brito threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Reinaldo Custódio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Recife in the 75th minute of play forced FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's goalkeeper Jânio Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Cido Recife ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jânio Paraíba was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 85th minute Cido Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jânio Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Napier made in the 87th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Yulian Momkov immediately put the ball in play. After 90 minutes FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Eduardo Batista who took care of the corner kick. Joel Napier tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jânio Paraíba. An unnecessary self made goal, 6-1 in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Samurai Champions FC's zone, Chico Secco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio de Brito came out of the goal and Chico Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's goalkeeper Jânio Paraíba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samurai Champions FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
