In the 23rd minute, Douglas Basso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Socanelas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Basso got free with Han Xiao Ting in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Han Xiao Ting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Dziechciowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Vidas Lokas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidas Lokas in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande got control of the ball when Vidas Lokas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Socanelas FC's Mor Šego got a free kick in the 89th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Socanelas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carrossel Caipira had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
