In the 16th minute, Jacob Preuss made a precise shot to the right of Guilherme Monteiro. ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jacob Preuss struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Guilherme Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xiboquinha FC. In the 36th minute of the match, Oswaldo Porto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rony Zanette was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 36 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Tage Backlund. A collision led to ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Juvenal Pires hit a great ball. Guilherme Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Preuss, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tage Backlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
