The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Clementi got free with Celso Barral in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Robustiano Clementi sped through MALAIA FDFDF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Barral. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Maria Rosa made a kick off. The Vista Alegre FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while MALAIA FDFDF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
