An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Tasso in the 33rd minute of play forced Paraná Clube Brasil's goalkeeper Biagio Furino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Romildo Binder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Paraná Clube Brasil's Biagio Furino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Tasso in the 37th minute of play. MALAIA FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Isidoro Felipillo scored to the left of an out of position Lars Batzer, making the score, 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arlindo Silveira got free with Lars Batzer in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lubomír Meszároš made a kick off. Lars Batzer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Felipillo in the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the MALAIA FDFDF defense, Isidoro Felipillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars Batzer. The MALAIA FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Batzer should have stopped the shot. Paraná Clube Brasil's Giovani Batista got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Arlindo Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Batzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Batzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlindo Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Romildo Binder succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-2 in the 69th playminute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Tasso in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Biagio Furino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Biagio Furino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Romildo Binders short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Biagio Furino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
