Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldão Paulista took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Ingvar Strand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Guará FC booed when Red John S.K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Strand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jânio Furlan was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Strand came free, but Jânio Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Ingvar Strand notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Guará FC's Jânio Furlan. Jânio Furlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jânio Furlan came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Red John S.K's Ingvar Strand. But to his dismay, Ingvar Strand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Ingvar Strand notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Guará FC's Jânio Furlan. Jânio Furlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jânio Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Strand in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Red John S.K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Jânio Furlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Strand went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Strand was the one to do the kick off. Guará FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ingvar Strand 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Jânio Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isa Günyol in the 54th minute of the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Ingvar Strand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guará FC's Jânio Furlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Red John S.K's Sebastian Bach was substituted for Ingvar Strand. Guará FC's Jânio Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Guará FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlingur Haaland in the 64th minute of play forced Red John S.K's goalkeeper Cássio Corinth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Efraim Bombardier in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Red John S.K's Henrique Ramalho. Red John S.K were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Guará FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Denílson Lopes took the corner. In the 68th minute, Caetano Reyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Bach might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jânio Furlan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Bach ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the match, Guará FC's goalkeeper Jânio Furlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Bach. In the 74th minute, Sebastian Bach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red John S.K fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Sebastian Bach struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Jânio Furlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red John S.K. 84 minutes into the match, Sebastian Bach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jânio Furlan. Guará FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Bach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. When Henrique Ramalho came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Red John S.K fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Ramalho couldn't finish the play. Lachezar Dzhevov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Corinth having to interfere. The Red John S.K supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Red John S.K would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
