Francois Custermans made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Squadra Demarchi's Mané Xavier. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Oscar Saldanha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlinhos Velasco went, in the 50th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Oscar Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Francho, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Xabier Cardeñosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70thth minute of the game Carlinhos Velasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 minutes, Kléber Queirós made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Talento Futebol clube's José Maria Souza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oscar Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Velasco in the 77th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra Demarchi's zone, Zhu Zhen Ran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Saldanha came out of the goal and Zhu Zhen Ran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Velasco in the 90th minute of the match. Rafael da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Carlinhos Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Talento Futebol clube fully deserved thier win.
