Leonardo Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Júlio Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Neves in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Vargas saved Akira アキラ from getting behind. Paulo Neves scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Vargas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Hoffmann took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Vargas. Leonardo Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Leonardo Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Neves in the 24th minute of play. Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Motta in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute Paulo Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Akira アキラ's Kuno Heiberg threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ronaldo MacAlister, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leonardo Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Edgar Rocha's late challenge caught a Pendotiba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Akira アキラ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Edgar Rocha hit a great ball. Allan Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Pendotiba from getting a goal against them. After 45 minutes of play, Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Pendotiba were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldo MacAlister stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Hoffmann took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Vargas. Leonardo Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Kuno Heiberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Neves got free with Leonardo Vargas in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd match minute, Akira アキラ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Délio Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Paulo Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Leonardo Vargas made a huge save. After 68 played minutes Pendotiba got a freekick which was hit by Laércio Soeiro. 72 minutes into the match, Edgar Rocha notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg. Kuno Heiberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akira アキラ's goalkeeper Leonardo Vargas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ricardinho Trigo made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Akira アキラ's Raí Pires. Leonardo Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neves in the 85th minute of the match. Délio Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Paulo Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Leonardo Vargas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
