The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when Academia B.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 5 in the game by Dragoş Vâtcu from a close distance when the talented Johan Vollander managed to make a qualified save. Academia B.F.'s players were relieved. 于竞思 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Academia B.F.'s Johan Vollander got control of the ball when Dragoş Vâtcu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Korhan Kutalmış got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aaron Cortez. Róbson Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Johan Vollander made a huge save. Dragoş Vâtcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Vollander having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbson Couto got free with Johan Vollander in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute Trindade Atlético Club were awarded a corner. Dragoş Vâtcu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Trindade Atlético Club's corner Dragoş Vâtcu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Johan Vollander quite easily take care of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Zachary Mentus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Trindade Atlético Club's Samuca de Sena quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as Aaron Cortez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johan Vollander. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. A collision led to Trindade Atlético Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Korhan Kutalmış hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Academia B.F.'s goalkeeper Johan Vollander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dragoş Vâtcu. Primo Sans hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Couto in the 37th minute of play forced Academia B.F.'s goalkeeper Johan Vollander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Trindade Atlético Club's Teodoro Vaz got a free kick in the 38th minute. Samuca de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Wiliam Carioca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiaguinho Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Wiliam Carioca hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Primo Sans made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Academia B.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Martins to maneuver through the defense. The Trindade Atlético Club fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Trindade Atlético Club's Róbson Couto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Johan Vollander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Rius in the 56th minute of play. Primo Sans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiaguinho Correia came out and tried to block the shot, but Primo Sans slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 58th minute. Giss Dal Bello kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Tiaguinho Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primo Sans, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Academia B.F.'s Lauro Quirino was substituted for Gustavo Martins. Trindade Atlético Club's Tiaguinho Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Totti in the 73rd minute of play. Aaron Cortez struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Johan Vollander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trindade Atlético Club. Johan Vollander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Vâtcu in the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to Academia B.F. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Giss Dal Bello hit a great ball. Trindade Atlético Club's Wasyl Fetor was substituted for Róbson Couto. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cemil Acarbay during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Academia B.F.'s Cemil Acarbay got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Johann Depay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia B.F.'s Johan Vollander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johan Vollander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wasyl Fetor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Johann Depay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Vollander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johan Vollander came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Wasyl Fetor. But to his dismay, Wasyl Fetor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trindade Atlético Club fully deserved thier win.
