With a left leg Rodolfo Salgado saved TAQUARI FC from getting behind. TAQUARI FC were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Maragassume AD - CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernard Letourneau took the corner. Aníbal Amaral hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Wilton Vale took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cauan de Senna. Cauan de Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when TAQUARI FC's Wilton Vale in the 38th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cauan de Senna was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Maragassume AD - CIMZ through an amazing save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldão Sanches in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute of the match, Wilton Vale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cauan de Senna was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rodolfo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Râznicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
