Jacinto de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Mota's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Mota in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacinto de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandeca FC's Igor Mota. But to his dismay, Igor Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milanis E.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Bandeca FC. Hunor Adam stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jacinto de Azevedo. 0-2. Igor Mota blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto de Azevedo having to make a save. Jacinto de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Hélder Britto fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milanis E.C.'s protests and gave Hélder Britto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, one of Milanis E.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Milanis E.C.. 23 minutes into the match, Bandeca FC's Igor Mota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Milanis E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Igor Mota came free, but Jacinto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milanis E.C.'s Jacinto de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Mota in the 27th minute of play. Igor Mota struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jacinto de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandeca FC. 31 minutes into the match, Igor Mota notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Milanis E.C.'s Jacinto de Azevedo. Jacinto de Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guaberto Gamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Pombal in the 34th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Milanis E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Mota in the 41st minute of play forced Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Jacinto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Bandeca FC's Vinícius Pinheiro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elivélton da Silva during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Milanis E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton da Silva to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Bandeca FC's Igor Mota slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacinto de Azevedo. That made the score 0-5 after 56 minutes of play. Igor Mota let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 61st minute shot 0-6 at rihgt post. In the 64th minute Ronaldão Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Flávio Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bandeca FC's attentive Vinícius Pinheiro managed to snatch the ball when Maicon Recife made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Bandeca FC's Flávio Arósio got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes, Milanis E.C.'s Augusto das Neves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guaberto Gamus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Milanis E.C. reached it. After 94 played minutes Milanis E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Pombal. After 97 minutes, Vito Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandeca FC and the Milanis E.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 97th minute, Vito Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Milanis E.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bandeca FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Bandeca FC.
