Spectators: 186 (Terracing: 140, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricki Dresager took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cactos's Bran Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Osmundsen in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Maraponga FAC's zone, Ricki Dresager stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Andrade came out of the goal and Ricki Dresager tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Osmundsen in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Ricki Dresager took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mané Andrade to make any attempt to save it. If Ricki Dresager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mané Andrade came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Cactos's Ricki Dresager. But to his dismay, Ricki Dresager quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 23 minutes, Xacintu Magadan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maraponga FAC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xacintu Magadan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Osmundsen during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricki Dresager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Andrade having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Cactos's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Osmundsen came free, but Bran Allison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Ricki Dresager notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade. Mané Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricki Dresager in the 38th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Cactos's Mané Andrade threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ricki Dresager, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 40 minutes, Mario Yepes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cactos and the Maraponga FAC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Maraponga FAC from getting a goal against them. After 45 played minutes Maraponga FAC got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Barros.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xacintu Magadan was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Maraponga FAC's Xacintu Magadan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bran Allison. Bran Allison yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 63rd minute, Luisinho Maciel made a precise shot to the right of Mané Andrade. Maraponga FAC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Cactos made a substitution. Matias Gaitan replaced Maurinho Trezeguet. 67 minutes into the match, Luisinho Maciel notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Maraponga FAC's Mané Andrade. Mané Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mané Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisinho Maciel in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mané Andrade saved Maraponga FAC from getting behind. Mané Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Maciel in the 80th minute of the match. Mané Andrade came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Cactos's Luisinho Maciel. But to his dismay, Luisinho Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Mané Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Gaitan in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Luisinho Maciel made a precise shot to the right of Mané Andrade. Maraponga FAC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Matias Gaitan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mané Andrade having to make a save. Mané Andrade didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cactos's Luisinho Maciel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Cactos's Luisinho Maciel in 96 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mané Andrade guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Maraponga FAC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
