In the 9th minute Edu Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaston Bitze kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luís Fabiano Vaz. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Bobby Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Luís Fabiano Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Pires in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match ARON FC got a corner. FC BARCELONA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorginho Mattos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luís Fabiano Vaz was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 29th minute Edu Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kauã Vander hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Sebastião Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ian Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Proença in the 39th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edu Proença was the one to do the kick off. Renan Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 55 minutes FC BARCELONA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jorginho Mattos who took care of the corner kick. Jorginho Mattos made a great header on ARON FC's corner, it was just that FC BARCELONA's Ian Nogueira managed to reach the ball for a save. Ian Nogueira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bobby Pires in the 57th minute. Bobby Pires who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Ian Nogueira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luís Fabiano Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Bitze, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. FC BARCELONA's supporters rose to their feet, but Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Fabiano Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ARON FC's Manuel Bueno was substituted for Sebastião Xavier. The corner ended in Yetkiner Refah almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz did a great save. Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fabiano Vaz having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC BARCELONA defense, Manuel Bueno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ian Nogueira. The FC BARCELONA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ian Nogueira should have stopped the shot. Ian Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Manuel Bueno sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 81 in the game by Edu Proença from a close distance when the talented Ian Nogueira managed to make a qualified save. FC BARCELONA's players were relieved. In the 82nd minute ARON FC were awarded a corner. Jorginho Mattos went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Bobby Pires managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin's late challenge caught a ARON FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Yusuf Ziya Ruhittin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, FC BARCELONA's goalkeeper Ian Nogueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Bueno. Gaston Bitze struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Luís Fabiano Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC BARCELONA. FC BARCELONA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ARON FC to leave the ground with a draw.
