Gonçalo de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Moreno in the 3rd minute of the match. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorstein Heinsmann in the 4th minute of play. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Geovani Sanches managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jereba 4EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Sanches was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovani Sanches scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonçalo de Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Roneixon Siqueira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maicon Trevisan. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Geovani Sanches had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonçalo de Medeiros. Espigão Steamrollers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geovani Sanches was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Espigão Steamrollers! The goalkeeper, Gonçalo de Medeiros, was totally fooled by Jereba 4EVER's Rafinha Cearense, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jereba 4EVER made a substitution. Dino Netto replaced Rafinha Cearense. Geovani Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roneixon Siqueira in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maicon Trevisan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense was substituted for Roneixon Siqueira. Yuri Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Geovani Sanches could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Gonçalo de Medeiros made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Geovani Sanches left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jereba 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Jereba 4EVER's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
