The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Betão Vargas in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paredes Fortes saved AKI CORINTHIANS from getting behind. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Betão Vargas sped through AKI CORINTHIANS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paredes Fortes. Paredes Fortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Vargas in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match SE Tijolo 6 Furos got a corner. AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Rosado ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, AKI CORINTHIANS's Dagoberto Veiga threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bert Karlsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 29th minute, Betão Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paredes Fortes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Paredes Fortes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betão Vargas went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 41 played minutes AKI CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Juan Custódio. In the 43rd match minute, SE Tijolo 6 Furos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Vargas to maneuver through the defense. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Juan Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Betão Vargas to strike the kick off in the second half. AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save AKI CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão Vargas got free with Paredes Fortes in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paredes Fortes made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Betão Vargas sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Brasil struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Dagoberto Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKI CORINTHIANS. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Antônio Carlos Tasso was substituted for Moisés Abraão. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Vito Nóbrega was substituted for Juan Alvarenga. Olívio da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dagoberto Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alf Bålström kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When Vito Nóbrega came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vito Nóbrega couldn't finish the play. Betão Vargas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Paredes Fortes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dagoberto Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bert Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Paredes Fortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanni Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84thth minute of the game Betão Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes got control of the ball when Betão Vargas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 91 played minutes SE Tijolo 6 Furos got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Tasso. 95 minutes in the game Volli Muuga did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sandrinho Figueiredo. When the final whistle sounded SE Tijolo 6 Furos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AKI CORINTHIANS.
