In the 7th minute of the match Rafael Rosado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paredes Fortes skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of AKI CORINTHIANS booed when SE Tijolo 6 Furos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Dagoberto Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Karlsson in the 14th minute of play. Betão Vargas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paredes Fortes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Paredes Fortes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Betão Vargas's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goal looked a bit too open when Bert Karlsson came free, but Dagoberto Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Brasil in the 24th minute of play forced SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goalkeeper Dagoberto Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Schrijns was slow to take the kick. During this time AKI CORINTHIANS's players had a chance to rest. In the 68th minute, Betão Vargas made a precise shot to the right of Paredes Fortes. After a defensive mix-up in SE Tijolo 6 Furos's zone, Ciro Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dagoberto Veiga came out of the goal and Ciro Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Betão Vargas in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
