Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 4th minute of play. Atacan Rahim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Péter Pálffy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Elite™- FC Galácticos got a corner. Capivara FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nikos Kladogennis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jerônimo da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Tavares in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Atacan Rahim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Péter Pálffy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capivara FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nikos Kladogennis was slow to take the kick. During this time Elite™- FC Galácticos's players had a chance to rest. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neycho Mudrov in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Seco. 29 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Neycho Mudrov came free, but Jerônimo da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Neycho Mudrov notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha. Jerônimo da Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute Mitchell Godwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 38th minute of play. If Neycho Mudrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Doriva Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capivara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva Tavares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Manoel Garrincha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo da Cunha having to interfere. In the 61st minute Nikos Kladogennis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Pálffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikos Kladogennis in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Pálffy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Neycho Mudrov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Jerônimo da Cunha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Neycho Mudrov had several of the Elite™- FC Galácticos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Jerônimo da Cunha as he didn't even see the shot coming. Péter Pálffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atacan Rahim in the 68th minute of play. Jerônimo da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doriva Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Doriva Tavares made a precise shot to the right of Jerônimo da Cunha. Elite™- FC Galácticos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The audience was convinced that Zachary Kosmatka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Péter Pálffy was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Monteiro in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mitchell Godwin in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerônimo da Cunha saved Elite™- FC Galácticos from getting behind. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Monteiro in the 90th minute of play. With a little luck, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha got control of the ball when Mitchell Godwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when Capivara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manoel Garrincha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capivara FC made a substitution. Zhang Chen replaced Manoel Garrincha. Capivara FC's João Francisco Mota was substituted for Ragnar Stigsson. After a rather tough play, Capivara FC's Manoel Garrincha got a free kick in the 95th minute. Péter Pálffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Kosmatka, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Capivara FC played a much better game than Elite™- FC Galácticos and deserved their victory. The Elite™- FC Galácticos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
