Futuros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Carlos Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Travassos in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Furlan came free, but João Carlos Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Futuros FC's Lucas Hernández got a free kick in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Goiz in the 96th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Futuros FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
