Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pipis Karapatakis started the match with the kick off. Ediberto Porto came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio FBPA's Pipis Karapatakis. But to his dismay, Pipis Karapatakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Catarinense came free, but Jardel Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lúcio Catarinense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jardel Sanches came out and tried to block the shot, but Lúcio Catarinense slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. Jardel Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Leme in the 25th minute of play. Ted Hoogenkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediberto Porto having to interfere. Marquinhos Leme hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 31st minute of play forced CRISDIELDAN's goalkeeper Ediberto Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardel Sanches made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lúcio Catarinense in the 32nd minute. In the 42nd match minute, CRISDIELDAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Sá to maneuver through the defense. After 44 played minutes Grêmio FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Rot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marquinhos Leme to strike the kick off in the second half. Marquinhos Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jardel Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Marquinhos Leme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jardel Sanches was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After 60 minutes Grêmio FBPA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Qiao Yan Jie who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Lúcio Catarinense heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Marquinhos Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. CRISDIELDAN's Ediberto Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save CRISDIELDAN from getting a goal against them. Jardel Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Leme in the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes CRISDIELDAN got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Gaspar. Ediberto Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pipis Karapatakis in the 82nd minute. Pipis Karapatakis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Grêmio FBPA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 86th minute Pipis Karapatakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ediberto Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CRISDIELDAN's Marquinhos Leme got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jardel Sanches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marquinhos Leme went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.
