Gustavo Sergipano scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui Goiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the game, Gustavo Sergipano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rui Goiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Sergipano in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Goiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. IGUIPORÃ FC were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Ceilândia Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danél Iriart took the corner. Carlos Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Cunha in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Gil Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ceilândia Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Carlos Carioca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leví Cabezudo's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Rui Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Leví Cabezudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leví Cabezudo made a kick off. When Leví Cabezudo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ceilândia Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leví Cabezudo couldn't finish the play. Rui Goiano made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Gustavo Sergipano sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when He Shi Yu got free with Rui Goiano in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rui Goiano made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Luiz Paulo Chaves sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ceilândia Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. In the 89th minute, Eric Hjortsberg made a precise shot to the right of Rui Goiano. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Danél Iriart kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes, Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Juarês Cearense shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Carioca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ceilândia Futebol Clube reached it. IGUIPORÃ FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
