The FC Barrera 2.0 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Cipriano Argenis hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Luiz Eduardo Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but CJ Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dadá Maravilha struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Carlos Augusto Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barrera 2.0. After 43 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Porto. Carlos Augusto Quintal stood somewhat misplaced when Dadá Maravilha came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 45 minute.

The wind increased when Dadá Maravilha made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Várzea F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Isăceanu to maneuver through the defense. Dadá Maravilha struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. In the 73rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Alcântara fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. FC Barrera 2.0's Marco Mendes was substituted for Mao Zhen. Várzea F.C. made a substitution. Anton Scutaru replaced Alf Tennenbaum. Várzea F.C.'s Valdomiro Duarte was substituted for Anderson Paiva. Cacey Sharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper CJ Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Várzea F.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Barrera 2.0 had won, even though Várzea F.C. had held more of the ball.
