Grêmio 20 Julho's Eugenio Asier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Amaral in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Grêmio 20 Julho's Téo Pires nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Mangueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Marcelo Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar de Amaral in the 75th minute of play. Eugenio Asier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Campidelis in the 98th minute of the match. When the match was over Grêmio 20 Julho could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brazil Academy throughout the match.
