Grêmio Papão de WC's Andréas Linquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Souza in the 24th minute of play. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Sara in the 25th minute. The corner led Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Gabriel Sara to fire away a dangerous shot which Andréas Linquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gedeon Káposztás in the 38th minute of play forced Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Remo Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Magno Domingues in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Grêmio Papão de WC's Gedeon Káposztás. A collision led to Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bruno do Valle hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Souza made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Diego Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio Papão de WC the free kick. After 51 played minutes Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Diego Souza. 52 minutes into the match, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gedeon Káposztás came free, but Remo Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Gedeon Káposztás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Fontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 58th match minute, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno do Valle to maneuver through the defense. Gedeon Káposztás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvaldinho Hoffmann got free with Andréas Linquist in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Bruno do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gedeon Káposztás in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remo Fontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grêmio Papão de WC's attentive Laércio Travassos managed to snatch the ball when Bruno do Valle made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. 73 minutes into the match, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gedeon Káposztás came free, but Remo Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gedeon Káposztás in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remo Fontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Norberto Ferraz was substituted for Magno Domingues. 80 minutes into the game, Anton Antonescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Grêmio Papão de WC's Niklas Molander quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Remo Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gedeon Káposztás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Luiz Paulo Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grêmio Papão de WC's protests and gave Luiz Paulo Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. Luiz Paulo Marquez hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Alex de Medeiros in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andréas Linquist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
