After 20 played minutes Jumentus Rock Club got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Simão. Grêmio Papão de WC's Selman Pektaşi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomás Ceresso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gedeon Káposztás in the 25th minute of play forced Jumentus Rock Club's goalkeeper Tomás Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gedeon Káposztás in the 34th minute of the match. With a little luck, Grêmio Papão de WC's Andréas Linquist got control of the ball when Vagner Løve tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute Jumentus Rock Club were awarded a corner. Vagner Løve went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Vagner Løve got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andréas Linquist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomás Ceresso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gedeon Káposztás's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After the first half Grêmio Papão de WC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gedeon Káposztás stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomás Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Mika in the 79th minute of play.
