Lawrance See took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Allan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the match, Carlos Allan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lawrance See. Stratton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Allan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 13 played minutes Stratton FC got a freekick which was hit by Brynn Andrews. In the 15th minute Matt Sanderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nichol Clark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lawrance See tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Matt Sanderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stewart Watson's late challenge caught a Stratton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. BES MUDI BANDITS's Stewart Watson got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Alessandro Sacchi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Einar Heiberg. Alessandro Sacchi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Alessandro Sacchi struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Einar Heiberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stratton FC. A collision led to BES MUDI BANDITS getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dalwood Eicke hit a great ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 46th minute, when Stratton FC's Brynn Andrews after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Einar Heiberg in BES MUDI BANDITS's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

61 minutes into the game, Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Einar Heiberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Einar Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Zoufalý in the 68th minute of play. Stewart Watson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Lawrance See made a huge save. 80 minutes into the game, Nichol Clark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BES MUDI BANDITS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stratton FC the free kick. In the 80th match minute, BES MUDI BANDITS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichol Clark to maneuver through the defense. Einar Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Sacchi in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Nichol Clark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BES MUDI BANDITS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichol Clark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Biddle Millar hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Jakub Zoufalý recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
