A collision led to Sexolution FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Murdock Andrusiow hit a great ball. Manly FC's Duncan Mcinnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Devine in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bill Mcneven in the 7th minute of play forced Manly FC's goalkeeper Duncan Mcinnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mo Salah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Crawford Lucas was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, Mo Salah dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Crawford Lucas, 2-0. John Aldridge succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 16th playminute. In the 20th match minute, Sexolution FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duncan Gummow to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Salah in the 23rd minute of play forced Sexolution FC's goalkeeper Crawford Lucas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Manly FC booed when Sexolution FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murdock Andrusiow didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Sexolution FC's Crawford Lucas got control of the ball when Mo Salah tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paz Trezise to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Manly FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carl Devine was slow to take the kick. During this time Sexolution FC's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Mo Salah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Crawford Lucas was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. In the 37th minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crawford Lucas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Crawford Lucas managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Manly FC's John Aldridge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Sexolution FC's zone, Nilson Snabl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Crawford Lucas came out of the goal and Nilson Snabl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manly FC's Duncan Mcinnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Monck in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 minutes, Mo Salah made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sexolution FC's Crawford Lucas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 47 played minutes Manly FC got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Snabl. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bill Mcneven was the one to do the kick off. John Aldridge hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Sexolution FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mo Salah came free, but Crawford Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mo Salah in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Crawford Lucas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64thth minute of the game Mo Salah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sexolution FC's Crawford Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Sexolution FC defense, Mo Salah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Crawford Lucas. The Sexolution FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Crawford Lucas should have stopped the shot. The Manly FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Manly FC's Mo Salah looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. John Aldridge took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Crawford Lucas. Crawford Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Manly FC had won after a very even match.
