If Gorka Astola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Gorka Astola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfredo Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaizka Mendieta in the 39th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gorka Astola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfredo Heli was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the game, one of Real Unión CF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Hever Zapatero got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Wilfredo Heli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Fribäck. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marz Pedros during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marz Pedros hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Heli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gorka Astola's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. Unikurdos United F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
