Siro Jolis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Moneda in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Linterna verde's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Rainerio came free, but Siro Jolis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Bonifaco Barril hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linterna verde's Siro Jolis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Rainerio in the 18th minute of play. Siro Jolis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Moneda in the 20th minute of the match. Paz Palacios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tristan Franquis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Silvio Rainerio struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Siro Jolis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperio Catatumbo de Lara. In the 31stth minute of the game Aurelio Cisneros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Tristan Franquis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Silvio Rainerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Jolis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bruno Moneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristan Franquis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Cisneros in the 45th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Erus to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
After a rather tough play, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Henrique Velloso got a free kick in the 51st minute. After 51 played minutes, Linterna verde's Aurelio Cisneros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tristan Franquis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Linterna verde reached it. Donostia Aragones kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Adrio Sobrido shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Jolis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Piquero in the 55th minute of play forced Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalkeeper Tristan Franquis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tirso Durango could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Tristan Franquis made a huge save. Tristan Franquis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Cisneros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tristan Franquis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Piquero in the 66th minute. Tristan Franquis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tirso Durango in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Paz Palacios came free, but Tristan Franquis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrio Sobrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mümtaz Teren kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Cezary Lewandowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tristan Franquis came out and tried to block the shot, but Cezary Lewandowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 83rd minute. The Imperio Catatumbo de Lara fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Silvio Rainerio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Tristan Franquis got control of the ball when Jimeno Piquero tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Linterna verde getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jimeno Piquero hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Mümtaz Teren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Jolis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Linterna verde's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Braulio Castulo took the corner. The corner ended in Silvio Rainerio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Linterna verde's Siro Jolis did a great save. After 95 minutes of play, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Mümtaz Teren made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siro Jolis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara had won after a very even match.
