Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gleb Elkibaev kicked off to start the match. When Днепр ФК's Vincent Kellbom in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esperance's goalie prevented a goal. After 9 minutes, Maksimilian Stolyarov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esperance and the Днепр ФК players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gleb Elkibaev got free with Vladislav Maksimychev in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Vincent Kellbom came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Днепр ФК fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Kellbom couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Esperance's goal looked a bit too open when Dmitriy Bogaenko came free, but Leon Zdrojowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Dmitriy Bogaenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Днепр ФК's supporters rose to their feet, but Dmitriy Bogaenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Zdrojowy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Zdrojowy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Kellbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Erwan Carnot charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erwan Carnot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Днепр ФК getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Erwan Carnot hit a great ball. Felix Kazachenok blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vladislav Maksimychev having to make a save. With a little luck, Днепр ФК's Vladislav Maksimychev got control of the ball when Gleb Elkibaev tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Vincent Kellbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esperance's Leon Zdrojowy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Днепр ФК got a corner. Esperance's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erwan Carnot ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Днепр ФК's Erwan Carnot to fire away a dangerous shot which Leon Zdrojowy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Esperance defense, Ralf Rapp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Zdrojowy. The Esperance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Zdrojowy should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Днепр ФК's Vladislav Maksimychev got control of the ball when Marat Markov tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Esperance's Vladislav Maksimychev threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mikhail Izergin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 46thth minute of the game Vincent Kellbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esperance's Leon Zdrojowy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Esperance players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Днепр ФК were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent Kellbom to strike the kick off in the second half. Leon Zdrojowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Kellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gleb Sorokin in the 55th minute of play forced Днепр ФК's goalkeeper Vladislav Maksimychev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Leon Zdrojowy managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Днепр ФК's Dmitriy Bogaenko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vincent Kellbom in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leon Zdrojowy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leon Zdrojowy came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Днепр ФК's Vincent Kellbom. But to his dismay, Vincent Kellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Днепр ФК's Vladislav Maksimychev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikhail Izergin in the 69th minute of play. Vincent Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Leon Zdrojowy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vincent Kellbom in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Zdrojowy saved Esperance from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Vincent Kellbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Zdrojowy. Esperance's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincent Kellbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Днепр ФК's Gaspar Calisto got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cengiz Ulutaş's late challenge caught a Esperance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cengiz Ulutaş helped the player get up and apologised. Cengiz Ulutaş hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Днепр ФК's goal looked a bit too open when Gleb Sorokin came free, but Vladislav Maksimychev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Днепр ФК supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Днепр ФК would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
