XMAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PICCOLE PESTI the free kick. In the 7th minute, one of XMAS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for XMAS. XMAS:s Dennis Urbani showed great skill when he stopped Donato Dossena:s penalty. 8 minutes into the game, Donato Dossena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dennis Urbani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Ferrante in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Urbani saved XMAS from getting behind. Emilio Ferrante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Ferrante got free with Dennis Urbani in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emilio Ferrante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dennis Urbani made a huge save. Dennis Urbani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Ferrante in the 20th minute of play. PICCOLE PESTI's Aaron Anselmino managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eugenio Casiraghi in the 21 minute of the game. Emilio Ferrante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Ferrante in the 22nd minute of play forced XMAS's goalkeeper Dennis Urbani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Ferrante came free, but Dennis Urbani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Ferrante ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardino Vedillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Dennis Urbani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

51 minutes into the game, Emilio Ferrante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dennis Urbani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 53rd match minute, PICCOLE PESTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Brini to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Emilio Ferrante made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Urbani. XMAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. PICCOLE PESTI's Pietruzzu Rizzi was substituted for Emilio Ferrante. Dennis Urbani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pietruzzu Rizzi went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. PICCOLE PESTI made a substitution. Tom Jakobsson replaced Don Frye. PICCOLE PESTI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Donato Dossena in the 66th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of XMAS's goalie and right to Aaron Anselmino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. XMAS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pietruzzu Rizzi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Urbani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the XMAS defense, Pietruzzu Rizzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Urbani. The XMAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Urbani should have stopped the shot. Alessandro Vettori hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. PICCOLE PESTI's Donato Dossena got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, PICCOLE PESTI's Pietruzzu Rizzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Urbani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Dennis Urbani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pietruzzu Rizzi in the 81st minute of play. After 82 minutes XMAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Donato Dossena who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Secondo Arshavin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind XMAS's goalkeeper Dennis Urbani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Donato Dossena got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dennis Urbani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 89thth minute of the game Bernardino Vedillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XMAS's Dennis Urbani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Pietruzzu Rizzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Dennis Urbani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PICCOLE PESTI had played much better football throughout.
