The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Luponero FC's goalkeeper Eraldo Cannone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Biagio Scoca. 24 minutes into the match, Niccolo Zaniolo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Luponero FC's Eraldo Cannone. Eraldo Cannone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Achille Molinaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Pardini having to make a save. If Biagio Scoca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Foot Ball Club di Roma's Eraldo Cannone threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Biagio Scoca, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aldo Pesce's late challenge caught a Luponero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Pesce helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Foot Ball Club di Roma getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Aldo Pesce hit a great ball. Biagio Scoca might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eraldo Cannone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Biagio Scoca ran back to his position shaking his head. Eraldo Cannone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Scoca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
