When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Elia Scarinci sped through Cacciola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Bartolomucci. Eugenio Bartolomucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Scarinci, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Elia Scarinci notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Cacciola's Eugenio Bartolomucci. Eugenio Bartolomucci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34thth minute of the game Elia Scarinci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cacciola's Eugenio Bartolomucci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Gomes in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cacciola's Emilio Giancola. In the 39th minute Patrick Donnellson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Bartolomucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elia Scarinci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Juan Guillem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elia Scarinci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Bartolomucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paşa Corre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Paşa Corre notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Cacciola's Eugenio Bartolomucci. Eugenio Bartolomucci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patrick Donnellson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Donnellson got free with Eugenio Bartolomucci in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s Anfilogino Arpaia was substituted for Paşa Corre. Björn Tingelholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrico Brambilla hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s Bruno Antognoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Frabetti in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Federico Frabetti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Antognoni was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Björn Tingelholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Bartolomucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Arpaia scored 0-6 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugenio Bartolomucci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Hernando in the 87th minute of play forced San Felice a Ema U.L.'s goalkeeper Bruno Antognoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Anfilogino Arpaia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Felice a Ema U.L. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched San Felice a Ema U.L. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
