An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hibai in the 10th minute of play forced Lilywhites's goalkeeper Ercole Faiella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Henry Hamberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ercole Faiella made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Joel Hibai sent off a good shot on target. Joel Hibai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Ercole Faiella when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lilywhites's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Hibai was slow to take the kick. During this time Lunatics of Arianrhod's players had a chance to rest. Joel Hibai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Ercole Faiella when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Hibai in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Faiella saved Lilywhites from getting behind. Joel Hibai in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ercole Faiella, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Hibai in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercole Faiella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ercole Faiella was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Henry Hamberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henry Hamberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Hibai in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercole Faiella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristoforo Ranieri tried in the 39th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Ercole Faiella a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-0. A hard shot 42 in the game by Joel Hibai from a close distance when the talented Ercole Faiella managed to make a qualified save. Lilywhites's players were relieved. 44 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Carta came free, but Eugenio Manfredi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Hibai got free with Ercole Faiella in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lilywhites's Ercole Faiella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Lilywhites from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Joel Hibai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Faiella was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camillo Carta to make the kick off. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Lunatics of Arianrhod's Henry Hamberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 65th minute, Henry Hamberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Joel Hibai sped through Lilywhites's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ercole Faiella. The supporters of Lunatics of Arianrhod booed when Lilywhites was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Riccitelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th match minute, Lilywhites was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Musso to maneuver through the defense. Henry Hamberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ercole Faiella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Camillo Carta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes Lilywhites's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Hibai who took care of the corner kick.
