Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alessio Zoccali kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Alessio Zoccali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's Alessio Zoccali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Boni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angelo Boni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessio Zoccali went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Di Franco in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Boni saved Farafulla FC from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Alessio Zoccali notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni. Angelo Boni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Zoccali in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Alessio Zoccali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Boni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Alvaro Rotili came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Ryan Portanares. But to his dismay, Ryan Portanares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 38th minute Alessio Zoccali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Zoccali in the 40th minute of play. If Alessio Zoccali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Rotili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behçet Alp, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Alvaro Rotili stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Behçet Alp's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Angelo Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Di Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Angelo Boni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessio Zoccali in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, A.S. Udinese's goal looked a bit too open when Andriy Shevchenko came free, but Alvaro Rotili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to A.S. Udinese getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Edmondo Giorda hit a great ball. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Augusto Clemente replaced Alberigo Di Franco. Edmondo Giorda kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to A.S. Udinese getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Cristiano Paolucci hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the game, A.S. Udinese's Ercole Fiorentino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Boni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Angelo Boni made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ercole Fiorentino sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Boni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Clemente, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ercole Fiorentino got free with Angelo Boni in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercole Fiorentino in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Behçet Alp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Rotili. A.S. Udinese's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Behçet Alp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. A.S. Udinese's Ercole Fiorentino came free and shot a quick shot against goal 90 minutes in the game, fortunately Angelo Boni had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With a little luck, Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni got control of the ball when Ercole Fiorentino tried to sneak it across the goal line. The A.S. Udinese supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing A.S. Udinese would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
