In the 4th minute Alessandro Bertoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waclaw Zajonc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Carloforte f.c. defense, Enzo Oroni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waclaw Zajonc. The Carloforte f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waclaw Zajonc should have stopped the shot. Waclaw Zajonc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Oroni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alessandro Bertoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Waclaw Zajonc made a huge save. Enzo Oroni struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Waclaw Zajonc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLC Winter. The Carloforte f.c. fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Carloforte f.c.'s Lennart Härm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The corner led CLC Winter's Dennis Berardi to fire away a dangerous shot which Waclaw Zajonc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Franco Bosso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ettore Brunetta went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Carloforte f.c.'s Lennart Härm in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CLC Winter's goalie prevented a goal. Dobromir Adamowicz's late challenge caught a CLC Winter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Franco Bosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Härm in the 46th minute of the match. Alessandro Bertoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alessandro Bertoni to make the kick off. CLC Winter's Franco Bosso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Adamowicz in the 50th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carloforte f.c.'s Lennart Härm got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Alessandro Bertoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's Alessandro Bertoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waclaw Zajonc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alessandro Bertoni scored 3-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waclaw Zajonc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Bertoni in the 64th minute of play forced Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Waclaw Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carloforte f.c. made a substitution. Arrigo Guidoni replaced Elia Ritacco. Carloforte f.c.'s Bernardo Antonelli was substituted for Dobromir Adamowicz. A collision led to Carloforte f.c. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Lennart Härm hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Alessandro Bertoni managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLC Winter's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Bertoni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waclaw Zajonc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Alessandro Bertoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waclaw Zajonc was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Franco Bosso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Antonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match CLC Winter got a corner. Carloforte f.c.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enzo Oroni ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on CLC Winter's corner Anfilogino Flammini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Waclaw Zajonc quite easily take care of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Pozzoli. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CLC Winter had won after a very even match.
