Attilio Mammarella started the match with the kick off. Amos Valcareggi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Holmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amos Colagrossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Misiorowski in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Nel got free with Amos Valcareggi in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th match minute, L.R. Vicenza 1902 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paşa Palla to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th match minute, Zurlo Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Alfani to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Zurlo Team's goalkeeper Amos Valcareggi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Nel. The supporters of L.R. Vicenza 1902 booed when Zurlo Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Silvestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. L.R. Vicenza 1902's Olov Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amos Valcareggi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paşa Palla, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Amos Valcareggi made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Olov Holmberg sent off a good shot on target. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olov Holmberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amos Valcareggi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Boldrini, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Amos Valcareggi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paşa Palla in the 62nd minute of play. Amos Valcareggi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paşa Palla's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Aristides Nel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Valcareggi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Zurlo Team's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Holmberg came free, but Amos Valcareggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luka Toni hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Olov Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Valcareggi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Valcareggi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paşa Palla in the 79th minute of the match. Augusto Costantino kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Romelio in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amos Valcareggi saved Zurlo Team from getting behind. Amos Valcareggi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Nel in the 85th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, L.R. Vicenza 1902's Paşa Palla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amos Valcareggi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 95 minutes, Augusto Costantino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the L.R. Vicenza 1902 and the Zurlo Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Augusto Costantino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Zurlo Team got a freekick which was hit by Attilio Mammarella. When the referee ended the match the L.R. Vicenza 1902 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
