When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Marco Jazz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Angelo Bonanni to make any attempt to save it. 16 minutes into the match, Jazz's Marco Jazz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Bonanni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Marco Jazz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Piotr Nalaskowski was the one to do the kick off. Frank Piretti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Andrea Bolognesi made a huge save.
