When Raphaël Lallemand came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Les Pionniers de Touraine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphaël Lallemand couldn't finish the play. Tanek Zurawski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaétan Rémetter in the 12th minute of play. Zygmunt Bochinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphaël Lallemand, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Zygmunt Bochinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphaël Lallemand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Girondins4Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Léon Sureau came free, but Zygmunt Bochinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abraham Beauval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Girondins4Ever's Zygmunt Bochinski got control of the ball when Abraham Beauval tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 21 in the game by Raphaël Lallemand from a close distance when the talented Zygmunt Bochinski managed to make a qualified save. Girondins4Ever's players were relieved. Zygmunt Bochinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Beauval in the 24th minute of the match. One of Girondins4Ever:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Les Pionniers de Touraine:s goal. 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 40 played minutes, when Les Pionniers de Touraine:s Abraham Beauval calmly waited for Girondins4Ever:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Guto de Salles put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Girondins4Ever fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute, Nicky Larson made a precise shot to the right of Tanek Zurawski. Les Pionniers de Touraine's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicky Larson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Larson in the 56th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Tanek Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Raphaël Lallemand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Bochinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Girondins4Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Beauval came free, but Zygmunt Bochinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léon Sureau in the 67th minute of play forced Girondins4Ever's goalkeeper Zygmunt Bochinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Girondins4Ever's Zygmunt Bochinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Beauval in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Nicky Larson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Zurawski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Désiré Alberto was substituted for Patryk Kopacz. In the 79th minute Abraham Beauval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Bochinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Beauval took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zygmunt Bochinski. Zygmunt Bochinski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. John-Paul Marquant hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Zygmunt Bochinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphaël Lallemand in the 88th minute of play. Tanek Zurawski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Thibault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the game, Rareș Gheară threw the ball into play from the sideline. Girondins4Ever's Duarte Neiva quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 93rd match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Gheară to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Girondins4Ever got a corner. Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaétan Rémetter ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Les Pionniers de Touraine fans cheered their team off the field, for while Girondins4Ever had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
