Zygmunt Bochinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aymerick Tourrette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zygmunt Bochinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aymerick Tourrette in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute Nichifor Nimass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Damm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Girondins4Ever's Mikael Damm threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nichifor Nimass, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20th match minute, U.S.Normande was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jasper Faller to maneuver through the defense. Mikael Damm was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Guto de Salles. 23 minutes into the match, U.S.Normande's goalkeeper Mikael Damm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nichifor Nimass. 27 minutes into the game, U.S.Normande's Aurélien Mussard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zygmunt Bochinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mikael Damm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nichifor Nimass showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. When Girondins4Ever's Nichifor Nimass in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 38 minutes, Aurélien Mussard made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Girondins4Ever's Zygmunt Bochinski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nichifor Nimass blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikael Damm having to make a save. In the 44th minute, Darren Cho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Nichifor Nimass reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mikael Damm. The goal made the score 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Nicky Larson made the kick off in the second half. In the 93rd minute, John-Paul Marquant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Girondins4Ever support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
