Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Firman Morientes got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Avel Vat got a freekick which was hit by Bakary Soula. En Avant Nikko's Albert Harbuz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Yves Amet but with some difficulty. 12 minutes into the match, Avel Vat's goal looked a bit too open when Firman Morientes came free, but Yves Amet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Avel Vat getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Noureddine Lacan hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Gösta Sellberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When En Avant Nikko's Firman Morientes in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avel Vat's goalie prevented a goal. En Avant Nikko were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Avel Vat's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albert Harbuz took the corner. En Avant Nikko's Albert Harbuz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yves Amet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Avel Vat's Yves Amet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Firman Morientes in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match En Avant Nikko got a corner. Avel Vat's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albert Harbuz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gilbert Reix got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yves Amet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aymerick Thellier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yves Amet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Firman Morientes's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Yves Amet came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by En Avant Nikko's Gösta Sellberg. But to his dismay, Gösta Sellberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gösta Sellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yves Amet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Firman Morientes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yves Amet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Souris went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Léonard Beuve was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Avel Vat's Marco Nugues got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Gösta Sellberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avel Vat's Yves Amet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yves Amet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilbert Reix went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 60thth minute of the game Firman Morientes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avel Vat's Yves Amet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Côme Rouquette fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Avel Vat's protests and gave Côme Rouquette a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Côme Rouquette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firman Morientes in the 65th minute of play forced Avel Vat's goalkeeper Yves Amet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gilbert Reix came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the En Avant Nikko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Reix couldn't finish the play. Yves Amet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firman Morientes in the 73rd minute of play. Yves Amet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firman Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Manuel Souris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yves Amet. Avel Vat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Souris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 86 minutes into the game, En Avant Nikko's Firman Morientes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yves Amet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. En Avant Nikko's Mourad Durieu was substituted for Albert Harbuz. Gösta Sellberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that En Avant Nikko were the better team. En Avant Nikko's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
