After a rather tough play, klide13's Brendan Gavelle got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Edoardo Filippini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Van Geestel. klide13's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edoardo Filippini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luís Paulo Matorin hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Luís Paulo Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Bétourne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Kevin Fanström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tristan Bétourne. The goal made the score 1-1. Tristan Bétourne made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Nick Stark sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Royal PSG booed when klide13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ştefan Arotăriței didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Van Geestel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Izard, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Maximilien Gourmelon in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Royal PSG's Ferhat Özsan. In the 42nd minute of the match Bermund Arruda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Van Geestel skillfully saved the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Royal PSG's Fred Torres was substituted for Christophe Dureuil. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kevin Fanström made a kick off. Royal PSG's Ferhat Özsan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maximilien Gourmelon in the 97 minute of the game. The klide13 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Royal PSG to win.
