Alexandrie CF's Matthias Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrice Sénéchal in the 18th minute of play. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xu Xing Ting in the 20th minute of play. Noël Péret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Xing Ting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yannick Osterhagen got free with Noël Péret in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 played minutes Alexandrie CF got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Conceicão. In the 30th minute Patrice Sénéchal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Brandin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Olivier Barnier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noël Péret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Xing Ting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Andrews came free, but Noël Péret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Boris Johnson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret. Noël Péret was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boris Johnson made a kick off. Matthias Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrice Sénéchal, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute Yannick Osterhagen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noël Péret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Yannick Osterhagen came free, but Noël Péret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yannick Osterhagen in the 73rd minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Péret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Alexandrie CF's Xu Xing Ting nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noël Péret made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. If Roland Gosse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes, Xu Xing Ting made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Saint Côme de Fresné's Noël Péret tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexandrie CF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
