The shot was stopped by Ewan Davin but with some difficulty. Ewan Davin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loïc Curt in the 18th minute of the match. Rayanne Ros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ewan Davin made a huge save. Ewan Davin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rayanne Ros in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Hercule Basque left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perthes United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Madjid Pauly to strike the kick off in the second half. Jean-Marie Sanquer had great luck who in the 71stth minute grab hold of the ball when Madjid Pauly from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 72 minutes Perthes United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was John Costes who took care of the corner kick. La Scaloneta's John Costes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jean-Marie Sanquer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 77th minute Patrice Lambolez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ewan Davin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Perthes United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hercule Basque didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre Dole got free with Jean-Marie Sanquer in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre Dole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rayanne Ros in the 82nd minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91stth minute of the game Madjid Pauly who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amaury Duteil to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Moussa Queffelec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Scaloneta succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Perthes United had controlled the match.
