Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Madjid Pauly made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nolan Roux in the 3rd minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Scaloneta's goalie prevented a goal. Moussa Queffelec hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ewan Davin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Tabor in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, La Scaloneta's John Costes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Costes. After 21 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by John Costes. John Costes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jérémie Aubertin during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jérémie Aubertin to maneuver through the defense. Ewan Davin came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor. But to his dismay, Jaime Tabor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 34 minutes, Moussa Queffelec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Scaloneta and the Le Stade Briochin UC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Moussa Queffelec got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ewan Davin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ewan Davin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Tabor's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Le Stade Briochin UC's Dimitri Nedellec was substituted for Nolan Roux. In the 47th minute of the match Le Stade Briochin UC got a corner. La Scaloneta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dimitri Nedellec ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Tabor to strike the kick off in the second half. John Costes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lev Yashin having to make a save. La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. When Moussa Queffelec was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moussa Queffelec didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Farid Verrecchia came free, but Ewan Davin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ewan Davin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Nedellec in the 73rd minute of play. Farid Verrecchia scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ewan Davin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Le Stade Briochin UC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dimitri Nedellec in the 86th minute. The corner led Le Stade Briochin UC's Dimitri Nedellec to fire away a dangerous shot which Ewan Davin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jaime Tabor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Ewan Davin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hugo Law might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ewan Davin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Law ran back to his position shaking his head. Le Stade Briochin UC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
